Dear Partner,
We are continuing efforts to resolve the situation provoked by corrupt authorities in Ukraine against ME. All those involved in the illegal acts were removed from their duties, many of them were even fired for involvement in several other cases of corruption even during the war, and these bodies are being restructured and we have information that soon not only the judicial decisions that we have in our favor will be complied with, as well as, there will be suitable people to enforce such decisions as the return of equipment still unduly in possession of the authorities.
We ask everyone for your understanding and to rest assured that we are making every effort to solve all problems caused by the illegal and arbitrary acts of the authorities.

Dear Partners,
The director board from Mining Express would like to inform you that due to:
a) illegal and arbitrary actions by a few Ukrainian authorities who have apprehended company equipment in January, 2022 (a fact that has been rightfully instated as illegal by the judiciary, with a decree of the restitution of such equipments);
b) the consequences of the War that was initiated soon after the illegal apprehension, in February, 2022 - which have hindered our company’s main activities;
C) lack of equipments as a result of non-compliance of court order for restitution, absence of internet connection, communication and the power outages happening amongst the destruction caused against the Ukrainian infrastructure;
We are, therefore, and accordingly to our current legislation by reason of a fortuitous event and force majeure, formally announcing the suspension of our activities indefinitely.
Legal efforts and resources are being heavily invested in finding a solution for this.
